We are expanding our Team and are looking for an Account Manager to cover parts of Mexico and/or Caribbean Islands to ensure the business development of this fast-growing market. As Account Manager you are responsible for calling and contracting hotels in your assigned area and at the same time cooperate with colleagues in the team to reach the set team revenue targets. Your main responsibility is to acquire new hotels to ensure future growth. You will also build a close commercial contact with our existing as well as new hotel partners. Furthermore, you will identify areas of improvement and advised our partners on how to improve commercial performance. Your overall goal is to maximize revenues and meet the demand of our visitors on . You will work from our office in Orlando however you will be traveling at least 50-75%% of the time to an area in Mexico and/or Caribbean to meet new and existing hotels partners.
Main Responsibilities:
Acquire and contract new hotels through heavy cold calling (70-100 calls per day) as well as visits to the area
Visit our existing hotels and advise on revenue growth strategies
Responsible for areas revenue target ;
Establish commercial relationship with hotels;
Be a medium for complaints and problems;
Negotiations of contracts;
Allotment management; getting more availability and better rates;
Deliver quantity and quality reports;
Accompany and train hotels with implementation of system;
Advise hotels about internet strategies;
Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits;
Represent our brand name to hotels;
Expand and grow area based on demand pattern
