CIBER is looking to hire an Agile QA Tester in the Orlando, Florida area. Need to have experience testing in an agile/Scrum environment.
Agile SDLC Knowledge
* Experience working on Scrum teams.
* Understands the Agile software development lifecycle (iterative and incremental).
* Helps programmers, business analysts and others on an Agile team to think continually about testing and test automation
* Familiarity with functional and non-functional software requirements
* Understanding use cases
* Understanding of business process modeling and workflows
* Understanding of business rules
* Familiarity with UML design documentation
* Deep understanding of the role of QA and Testing in software development
Testing Methodology
* Experience with test driven design
* Test automation
* Defect identification and documentation
* Defect management work flows
* Reporting Metrics
* Black box and White Box Testing Methods
* Experience writing test plans and test procedures
Testing Tools
* Experience developing automated test scripts
* Familiar with automated testing scripts ( especially using Visual Studio Tester Edition)
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree is required
*
Three to five years experience in Quality Assurance role required
*
Experience working on Scrum teams in sprints.
*
Understands the Agile software development lifecycle (iterative and incremental).
*
Experience in large, complex system implementation projects
*
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical, functional and management staff
*
Understanding of how the construct and document test cases.
*
Understanding of defect identification and documentation techniques.
*
Understanding of using how to execute automated test scripts in VS and interpreting results
*
Clear and concise documentation skills
*
Strong oral and written communication skills
