Book and confirm ad campaign orders within tight deadlines for air on multiple networks. (An order has information such as campaign dates, times, programs, unit length, $ amount, etc.) Turn over all work for quality assurance check according to established deadlines.
Work as Gate keeper to notice errors within media plan and/or oversold time periods. Notify Sales about any changes that need to be made to orders. Communicate with Sales if no time is available and try to find alternatives based on the inventory. Clarify placement, rate section, and times before booking orders. Answer general inquiries regarding availability of various elements that can be sponsored. All of these steps must happen quickly to ensure that the downstream workflow is not delayed.
