Superior Technical Resources is looking for a Business Analyst for a client in Lake Buena Vista, FL. Our client is seeking a contractor to perform the following duties: Responsible for the coordinating and communicating across all 24 business units supported by One Source applications. This includes, but is not limited to the production support of composite application teams (including Ala Carte), One Source build management processes and communication for key business areas including WDW DRC, WDW RCC, Pricing, Ticketing, Marketing, Food & Beverage (both WDW & DLR), Revenue Management, WDW Operations, WDPRO, DLR Internal Communications, EIT Portal and Search teams, DLR Lodging and Stakeholder groups, DLR Operations, etc. As part of the work, also perform data analysis and functional requirement analysis.
The Business Analysts will ensure consistent documentation and deployment of policies and procedures to all level one operations staff through the following:
The Business Analyst will participate in meetings, observe, rationalize, and interpret discussions to build a variety of business policies and procedures using process flows and other models to capture and share outputs.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting interim discussion notes, directional agreements, and operational processes that are important to the success of the Infrastructure Operations team.
They will elicit, analyze, validate, and document business organizational and/or operational requirements and will be responsible to ensure the product is delivered according to the agreed requirements.
They will partner with other teams to thoroughly understand existing services, and collaborate on future service integration in the environment
Requirements:
Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelors degree Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst Minimum of 4 years experience working with Excel, SQL, Client Services and requirement gathering Minimum of 2 years experience with Content Management Software
Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail Team oriented and demonstrate excellent communication skills Demonstrated exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
