We're currently hiring over 50 Call Center Representatives reps for a growing company in the Orlando area!
We are ONLY looking for goal oriented phone professionals that are seeking stable, full time employment with an awesome, hands-on company.
Call center representatives will be responsible for speaking with candidates who have applied for jobs with our clients. Additional responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying their resumes to ensure their information is correct. Call center representatives will also be responsible for seeking interest in furthering their education while conducting the evaluation.
You *MUST* have the following skills: Must be able to maintain 90 plus calls per shift Must be held accountable for achieving weekly sales targets Proficiency with computer and internet Excellent phone skills Professional demeanor Typing 25+ wpm A flexible schedule (we are open Saturday for a normal schedule) A willingness to learn, grow, and advance professionally Positive attitude Confidence to recommend products and services Time Share, Financial Institution or Retail Sales Experience Preferred
