Client Support Analyst
- Works with clients and/or operations to coordinate the setup of fulfillment and support small to medium sized marketing initiatives. - Researches and resolves operational issues and problems relating to the mail processing, distribution and fulfillment aspects of client's marketing initiatives. - Spearheads specific projects for title or across titles. - Manages part of a title's agenda from inception through execution. - Manages a category of activity for the title as (but not limited to) creation of expire wraps, special inserts, advertising editions, surveys, design reviews, programming requests, operational procedures with Customer with Customer Care Center and Mailing Services.
