CIBER is looking for a Labor SAM Project Manager that will be located in Orlando, FL.
Required Skills:

* MBA or MS in Computer Information Sciences/MIS required
* PMP certification or formal education in Project Management required
* Five to eight years experience in project management role required
* Experience in managing large, complex system implementation projects
* Expert knowledge / practical experience in process management
* Expert knowledge / practical experience of continuous improvement methods and techniques
* Expert knowledge / practical experience with problem resolution, conflict management, and management of technical groups
* Sound understanding / practical experience of statistical and analytical principals and processes
* Solid understanding of available and emerging IT technologies
* Experience using project management software (such as MS Project) to create detailed project work plans from tasks, task durations, resources and dependencies
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical, functional and management staff
* Ability to quickly learn about new components from documentation and both self administered and formal training courses
* Ability to document project requirements, analyze and recommend technology solution for project
* Outstanding leadership and teamwork skills
* Experience in performing all phases of the SDLC, with an emphasis on analysis and design
* Experience scoping engagements and leading estimation & work plan development efforts
* Experience developing detailed proposals and Statements of Work
* Excellent facilitation skills with experience leading workshops with 10 or more participants
* Excellent client expectation management skills with a track record of high client satisfaction
* Creative problem solving skills
* Ability to effectively manage priorities in an ever-changing environment
* Willingness to perform all duties required to successfully deliver client solutions
* Ability to proactively identify enhancements that will continue to add value to client solutions
* Clear and concise documentation skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Experience in estimating task components, time requirements
* Experience managing personnel, providing work plans, tracking status of tasks, determining technical training needs, leveraging a range of skills across project team
* Experience in producing status reports for various levels of management
* Experience in identifying risks to implementations and associated mitigation strategies
* Experience in development, in conjunction with users, of current and future year project needs
* Experience in evaluating best solutions/directions for application needs
* Ability to work effectively with team members to define and implement agreed upon solutions
* Ability to work effectively on concurrent, multiple tasks and sub-projects
* Ability to build relationships with clients and technology peers to successfully implement projects, and find synergies with other strategic initiatives and reuse opportunities
