Position Purpose: As a Maintenance Supervisor this individual will be responsible for leading the maintenance department to ensure an efficient, high quality, and cost effective operating facility.
Responsibilities include: Management of a preventative/predictive maintenance program, parts inventory, successful management of capital projects, manage plant assets and asset inventory, responds to plant maintenance issues in a timely manner. Work as part of the plant management team to manage cost, improve processes, and educate staff. Required (Basic) Experience & Education: We are seeking an individual with minimum of 5 years of proven technical knowledge in animal feed or related field. This Individual must have 5 plus years experience in supervising employees. Required Competencies & Other Skills: We are seeking this individual to have proven demonstrated electrical and mechanical skill sets with strong working knowledge of PLC's and liquid application systems. Strong troubleshooting skills are highly needed for this role. Preferred Experience & Education: This individual must demonstrate strong electrical and mechanical skills with working knowledge of PLC and liquid application systems. We seek experience with Maintenance Express or similar programs and needs to have strong troubleshooting skills.
