Management Trainee/Outside Sales Representative Business to Business Development IMMEDIATELY NEEDED

As a result, Outside Sales Representatives have the potential to advance rapidly into six figure management.
Responsibilities: Conducting in-person meetings/presentations with clients and prospects. Cold-calling on potential new customers Closing business and following-up to ensure satisfaction and consistent service. Maintain daily reporting (Excel required/ Google Docs experience preferred) Planning, organizing and implementing business development strategies. Attain or exceed measurable business objectives and goals on a monthly basis.
Required Skills: Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and email applications Ability to interface at the most senior levels at a customer site. Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills. Expert level organizational skills.
To be considered for management: Ability to provide leadership and direction.. Create an environment of success while building a strong team. Recruit new sales professionals Assist in preparation of bids and presentations to prospective and existing business. Monitor sales team performance and communicates results to individuals, teams, and the president. Support sales team via ride-alongs, 1-on-1 meetings, training, coaching and reporting. Attain or exceed measurable business objectives and goals on a monthly basis.
