We are seeking a qualified Manager, Community Investment to join our dynamic team.
Manager, Community Investment
While reporting to the Vice President, Community Investment, we will rely on you to provide support for the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the Investing in Results and fund distribution activities of the Community Investment department while performing the following duties: * Support the planning, implementation and ongoing management of assigned Community Investment Cabinet(s) (i.e., trainings, meeting preparation and follow up, etc.) and serve as a staff liaison for the Cabinet(s) to the Investing in Results Council * Assist with HFUW’s Investing in Results (IIR) efforts including volunteer and agency related activities (i.e., trainings, meeting preparation and follow up, etc.) * Develop and demonstrate content expertise in assigned investment area through research and community liaison activities * Track and report on attainment of community investment goals, outcomes and indicators and assist in preparing regular reports to meet organizational needs for dissemination of information to the community * Assist with coordination and implementation of any HFUW direct service programs associated with assigned Community Investment Cabinet(s) * Assist with HFUW’s legacy program funding transition process including volunteer and agency related activities (i.e., trainings, meeting preparation and follow up, etc.)
Requirements
Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Non Profit Management or Health and Human Services field with 3- 5 years of related experience required. Masters degree preferred · Demonstrated excellence in training, marketing, business development and financial management · Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, volunteers and collaborators from diverse backgrounds · Demonstrated excellence in communications skills and public speaking ability · Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and use of Internet · Knowledge of ArcGIS and SPSS statistical software preferred * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs * Reliable transportation
