Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs within the New Media division, specifically for Golf Channel Am Tour and . The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing to help coordinate and manage new customer acquisition and customer retention programs for both brands through the development of grassroots events, tournaments, trade shows, online promotions and contests, in effort to drive new subscribers, traffic and revenue.
This person should be creative, self-motivated, and work well both independently and collaboratively. Must have a keen interest in emerging marketing trends and be able to creatively find solutions to any problems and assist department on multiple projects as they pertain to marketing goals. The successful candidate will be outgoing, customer-focused, proactive and ready to take ownership of projects.
Job Responsibilities: - Maintain and update all graphics and copy for the Am Tour and GolfNow websites, as it pertains to tournaments and promotions, along with managing the email promotional calendar
- Coordinate all tradeshows and events in both national and local markets
- Order, maintain and coordinate the inventory of all premium items and print materials, including promotional cards, signage, trade show booths and brochures
- Manage the fulfillment of the Golf Channel Am Tour Referral Program, as well as all promotional contests from contacting the winners to prize redemption
- Track campaigns and prepare post analysis reports
