CIBER has an immediate need for a .Net Developer that will be located in Orlando, FL. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * 3-7 years of strong .NET experience with C# (mid to senior level) * Experience with WPF or Silverlight for front end design and development * NOTE - UX and/or Database experience is not required * Experience with WCF, Soap, and xml data structures * Knowledge of and IIS * Utilizes unit tests to properly test development work * Ability to work with team members to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions to meeting business expectations * Design, code, and test solutions based on requirement specifications * Maintain system documentation (both within the code and within technical design documents) to enable ease of analysis for future development * Be able to maintain existing code, perform analysis and code solutions for identified bugs and feature enhancements * Must have knowledge of software development methodologies and understand the software development life cycle * Must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines * The ability to work in a team environment is essential
