Part Time Legal Assistant
Growing two attorney Orlando insurance defense law firm in Longwood, Seminole County, Florida seeks a hardworking, organized, and detail oriented legal assistant for part time work. Depending upon the firm's future business needs and the quality of the candidate's work, this position has the potential to grow into a full time position.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting the partners and paralegals with entering billable time into TimeSlips billing and invoicing software, filing and file management, discovery management, reception work, mail and assistance with additional clerical work including scheduling and calendaring events.
Requirements:
Prior insurance defense law office experience strongly preferred and experience with TimeSlips billing software a plus.
