CIBER is looking to hire direct into our firm. We are a seeking an experience Quality Assurance / Architect to be a part of our successful Practice. The Quality Assurance / Architect position is a great career opportunity for someone who has in-depth comprehension in this particular field.
Position Description:
* Create and document Test Strategy and Test Plan for a major software development and integration program, including the following aspects:
* Metrics
* Approach
* Resource plan
* Tools and licensing
* Timeline
* Costs
* Create and document the Operational Readiness Testing Risk Profile
* Create and document Project Schedule and Test Execution schedule
* Define and document test data required to support Operational Readiness Testing
* Create detailed estimates for labor, hardware and software required to successfully execute the test plan
* 3 years hands on experience with SOA and Web Services
* 5 years of hands on performance testing experience
* Strong technical background in software development or performance test scripting
* SQL and Oracle Database testing experience
* Deep familiarity with Performance Center and VUGen
* Experience with Test Data Management using tools such as VTS
* Ability to parse and analyze performance test results and KPI's
* Experience with Web Service performance testing
* Java development experience a strong plus
* Familiarity with monitoring tools including Wily Introscope and SiteScope
* Familiarity with ITIL processes (formal training/certification preferred)
* Ability to analyze test results and assist in debug efforts within the environment and applications
* Ability to work directly with multiple application development teams to coordinate information and plan work
* Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Experience leading large scale projects or programs
* Knowledge of testing industry standards and best practices
* Experience leading projects in Agile, Iterative and Waterfall environments
* Knowledgeable in designing, configuration, and instrumentation of software performance testing architecture
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and executives
* Ability to schedule and coordinate execution across geographically diverse team members
