Real Estate Title Underwriter
Residential and Commercial Title Officer Underwrites, researches and writes Title Policies, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations. Responsible for performing complete title searches for both residential and commercial transactions from patent in section land. Familiar with all aspects of title work. Ensures properly priced commitments, endorsements, policies in addition to guarantees. Utilize appropriate schedule of fees and charges. Utilize technical bulletins in order to evaluate and resolve problems. Prepares title commitments and policies both standard and extended coverage. Consults and problem solves with escrow staff and customers regarding issues affecting title insurability.
