Software Engineer
Lead'Air, Inc. is looking for an experienced ANSI C and Visual Basic 6 Software Engineer. Lead'Air, Inc develops and manufactures Survey Flight Management Systems and Aerial Mapping Photographic equipment which are distributed worldwide. Successful candidates will be very familiar using Classic C for real time applications as well as VB for GUI implementation; other programming systems are not relevant to this position. Candidates will be responsible for long term projects covering the development and maintenance of a state-of-the-art Aerial Survey Flight Management System.
Requirements:
Required Technical Skills:
Able to work with a small team in a fast paced environment
Comfortable working with legacy software
5+ Years experience with C for real time applications
5+ VB for GUI implementations
Can communicate succinctly and work independently
Desired Technical Skills:
TCP\IP Client Server
API : Windows XP, Windows Embedded, Windows 7
Windows GDI\DC level graphics programming
Access Database programming
Capable of interfacing various electronic systems using RS232, USB and Ethernet ports
Hardware interface knowledge: micro controllers, motors, encoders
Understanding of Flight Mechanics a considerable plus!
