Key Deliverables:
Install and configure systems, applications, infrastructure, etc.
Develop and Maintain Systems Documentation
Install new servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
Perform user account creation and maintenance
Monitor IT Support requests to provide support including troubleshooting
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures
Upgrade and configure system software
Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment
Support Rapid growth
Assist in training and onboarding of IT Staff
Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
Desired Skills:
Active Directory, HTML5, DNS, GPO's, MS Exchange, MS SQL, Juniper VPN, Symantec Backup Exec and Endpoint protection, Windows XP/7, Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Lync, Dell Hardware, Powershell scripting, MS System Center, Juniper (JunOS) Routers and Switches, Juniper SA, Firewalls, Nitro SEIM, Load Balancers, Linux
Advanced TCP/IP Knowledge
Web & Spam Filtering Appliances
Experience supporting .Net applications
Extensive documentation and use of Visio
AS/BS or equivalent experience
Preferred candidates: microsoft, compTIA, Cisco, Juniper, RedHat
