CIBER has an immediate need for a mid-level UX Designer that will be located in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Experience in customer-facing consulting, user analysis, information architecture, creative design and modern web interface design.
* Designs user personas, information architecture diagrams, creative compositions, web interface templates and functional interactive interface elements.
* Must have excellent client communication skills
* Must have be a passionate advocate for the user in application design and development
* Must have a broad understanding of human-computer interaction principles
* Must have experience conducting client-facing analysis and design sessions
* Must have a deep understanding of modern web interface design technologies and best practices
* Must be able to conduct design requirements sessions, develop creative compositions and defend the functional value of designs.

Technical Skills:
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
*
3 to 4 years overall experience
*
User Experience (UX) Analyst (End user analysis, application workflow design, information architecture)
*
UX Designer (creative design, look & feel, branding)
